We used Lisa for the sale of our condo in the Electric Avenue building in downtown Vancouver, our first ever sale. She provided a very detailed explanation of the process up front, then guided us through to the ultimate sale with great personal care. We were selling at a time when the market had just come off of a peak and were expecting a quick sale but ended up needing several open houses and private showings. She worked increasingly hard to ensure we were getting good promotion and visibility and advised us to stick to price - we ultimately got what we were looking for and were very happy with how everything played out.
